Hi, I’m Mindy
I learned the importance of networking and being known as a child when I was the poster child for the American Cancer Society and the Ronald McDonald House. After being diagnosed with cancer at age 8, I was asked to speak at events, throw out the first pitch at a Cubs game, and participate in countless opportunities to raise awareness for childhood cancer. Those early experiences taught me the power of visibility, connection, and storytelling, and I am blessed to be alive today to share that lesson.
That lesson followed me through 30 years in HR leadership at organizations like Disney, McDonald's, Gap and Old Navy, and two global nonprofits. I never had to formally apply for a job again after my early twenties. My reputation, relationships, and results spoke for themselves, and people remembered me when opportunities arose.
When I launched my own business in a brand-new city, I leaned on those same relationship-building skills to build from the ground up. Today, I run a thriving business built on a 98% referral rate, all because I invested in being known and made sure people understood exactly what I do best.
